I don't seem to have recieved a black ink cartridge.  The last delivery only contained a colour cartridge . The black is showing as having a small amount left but my printer will not print.

I understand you haven't received Black ink for your printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist you better I would like to get some more details:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. 
  • Are you enrolled in HP Instant Ink Subscription? (Do not share any of your Instant information such as Instant ink account number, phone number, email ID, etc.)
