Solved!

Black not printing and instant ink not sending a replacement cartridge

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Black ink not printing. Instant ink is not recognizing it as empty. The level shows almost empty as shown below. I tried cleaning the printheads to no avail. Very frustrating. Please send me a replacement ASAP.

Make sure the printer is online for the instant ink servers to track the ink levels in the printer.

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
