Today for some reason the printer printed a blank page (no ink was used) and yet the page was deducted from my monthly total.
I have also noticed that while printing, if the printer throws an error (and therefore does a partial print or doesn't print at all) the page that caused the error is deducted from the monthly quota.
Is this normal? It seems unfair that printer errors are counted as valid prints.
On the other hand it seems that the calibration procedure doesn't consume the monthly quota. (which is good)

I don't have a PM section in my profile, i clicked on the link you posted and i got to a page that says i have no permissions to do whatever i was trying to do.
Anyway the questions are very general:
1) are blank pages counted as prints?
2) are partially printed or errored pages (because of a printer error) counted as prints?
I'm still in my trial so i don't care about getting these couple of pages back. But more in general i'd like to know what is considered normal behaviour.

Today it happened again. The printer gave an error before even starting to do anything. So i cancelled the job from the queue (Windows).
The print was still in an error state (have no clue what was the error), so i clicked the X to cancel (on the printer). At that point both Copy buttons were blinking. So i clicked the black and white copy. An empty/white/blank page came out (of course, as there was no job to be printed). I checked in Instant Ink and that page has been counted.
This is annoying, it seems that the instant ink software is very dumb and can't tell if the ink was used at all.
Luckily i'm still in the trial.
