Blank screen, my caps lock light blinks 4times then blinks for another 4times faster than before.

I take it this is a PC rather than an Instant Ink cartridge?

4.4 seems to suggest thermal, like blocked air duct or failed fan.

 

So if we knew what the hardware was we may be able to help you better.
