Since installing the last black ink cartridge I received from Instant Ink the printouts in black have been blurred. I have carried out al the cleaning and realignment checks recommended but the problem persists. The printer produces good quality prints from the tri colour cartridge if I remove the black cartridge. I have now bought a new 301 cartridge for £17.00 and hey presto the print is good. My problem is that I do not seem to be able to find any way of reporting this to instant Ink to get a replacement black cartridge. Does anyone know how to do this?
