Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there, I Bought used HP 6475 with extra Instant Ink cartridges. I can't use the printer. Seems like I am asked to sign for Instant Ink service although this printer originally comes with 2 years of ink cartridges supply. Any suggestions how I can use 6 cartridges which came with the printer?
