Brand new ink cartridge says defective, tried all suggestions by virtual assistant.

HP Recommended
HP Office Jet 6962
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Put brand new ink cartridges into my HP Ofice Jet 6962 and it say they are defective. They are brand new HP brand. Tried all virtual assistant recommendations and nothing is working. Can't afford to replace all of them.

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
