I've just been charged for £20 for 200 extra pages in one month. How can this be correct? My printer is currently broken and we've been using a different printer. We would have run out of paper by now if this was correct.
My printer is obviously sending the wrong message to HP. It jams paper all the time, so this could be why.
Of course, I've cancelled my subscription. This was their second chance not to mess things up - last time, I had no ink replacement because they sent them to the wrong address so, again, I was charged despite printer out of action for months.
I now want a refund for the pages that I've been charged for - a regular subscription plus £20 (with NO warning) - and for a printer which doesn't even work.
How can I get a refund and leave a review for future customers?
