Can anyone help? I have spent two hours trying to print BLACK INK from a new HP cartridge (sent by HP INSTA-INK). I have been a long-time subscriber. The other 3 cartridges seem to print ok. I have tried printing test pages, cleaning the print heads, etc, and then manually cleaning the cartridge contacts as described by their website. But nothing works. I have also updated my firmware. I also can not find a place to email them to request a new black ink cartridge. I have loved the INSTA-INK service up until today. Can someone offer advice? Does anyone know how to send INSTA-INK an email message? All I get is the VIRTUAL AGENT, and it keeps me running around in circles, suggesting the same solutions that do not work. THANK YOU!!!!
