Sorry for my English because I'm french…

 I have a cartridge error stating that cartridge is not installed correctly.

I have removed and re-installed, I have changed the colour Cartridge  and put the empty Cartridge and the message off . I have also cleaned Cartridge as instructed on the trouble-shooting; and unplugged printer and then plugged back in I put the new Cartridge and also the same message...no joy.

. Can you help please ?   My printer is "HP Envy Photo 6232".

I see that the printer is in an error state and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document  HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
