I have signed up for a print plan that includes immediate supply of ink for my HP ENVY 5030 All-In-One Printer.
I have an error in progress on the color cartridge of the printer. I have completed multiple times, all suggested solutions offered to correct the problem, nothing provided a long term solution. Now I can't print anymore. Although the reported error is for the color cartridge only, the printer does not work with the black cartridge either. The error message is fixed on the printer screen even after performing the procedure, but then the error message returns.
I would like to replace the cartridges but I cannot because I have not been provided a replacement and one will not be sent due to the error on the cartridge!
How do I solve this problem? I badly need the printer for my work!...
