Hi @Amanda261,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Yes, you can carry over rollover pages if you downgrade your HP Instant Ink subscription, but with some limitations. The number of rollover pages you can keep depends on the maximum rollover limit allowed by your new plan. Here's how it works:

Rollover Page Limits by Plan: Each HP Instant Ink plan has a specific rollover limit. For example:

  • Free Plan: No rollover.
  • 50-page plan: Up to 50 rollover pages.
  • 100-page plan: Up to 200 rollover pages.

Downgrading Impact: If you have more rollover pages than the limit of the new plan you're downgrading to, the excess pages will be forfeited. For instance:

  • If you downgrade from the 100-page plan (200-page rollover limit) to the 50-page plan (50-page rollover limit) and have 150 rollover pages, you will lose 100 pages, keeping only 50.

Timing: The changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and your rollover pages will adjust based on the new plan's limits.

If you're planning to downgrade and have a significant number of rollover pages, it might be worthwhile to use some of those pages before the downgrade to avoid losing them.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
