Hi,
Can you help with the following please?
I have been on the HP 'Free Printing' tariff since I purchased my printer in Nov 18. This has worked fine as I'm a light user. I now want to upgrade my plan to print off homework for my daughter (due to pandemic). My question is: can i subsequently downgrade to the 'Free Printing' tariff? I've read comments that some users have had this option removed for them.
I live in the UK (if that makes any difference).
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
See the What are my plan options? section, it clearly refers to this matter, the free plan is only available on first enrollment, not as a downgrade:

Hi Shlomi,
Thanks for your message. The link you posted refers to the USA website (as mentioned, I live in the UK) but having subsequently looked at the UK site I found similar info:
https://instantink.hpconnected.com/uk/en/l/ (under "Is my plan change or cancellation effective immediately?"
Not the most accessible of info for a layperson like myself but I guess that's on purpose.
