The ink I am using in my printer was bought at Walmart. I do not want this service anymore but can not print...? You all sent me cartridges that I have not used yet. This seems unethical with a legal loophole for you all to make money...?

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Could you elaborate more on the issue?

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program?

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
