Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product name: HP06BC89 (HP Office Jet Pro 6970

Hello  my initial HP Office Jet Pro 6970 was purchased at Best Buy in January 2019. It was not working properly and when I contacted HP they sent me a refurbished on. However, this one has also been giving problems every since I had it, I have not been able to print for nearly a year since getting this refurbished one , and am finally getting around to trying to fix it.

I just installed the most recent updates directly from printer.

I got new ink for the printer as it kept giving me a ink cartridge error message.

However after trying out two different sets of ink I am still getting the error that says "Only one set of Instant Ink Ready cartridges can be used in a printer. Remove and replace with other cartridges."

I have already ran printer diagnosis and reviewed the Customer Support Knowledge Base on "HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge" instructional"  which are not fixing for this issue.

I also tried the virtual assistant, but that brought me back to this community forum.

Any help here is appreciated. Thank you.

Is the printer enrolled in HP Instant Ink Program?
