Just got an email for an invoice from instant ink. $4.xx. I haven’t gotten a toner cartridge from them in months. Why, exactly, am I being charged? For using my printer?
This needs to be explained because I just realized they’ve been charging my CC. I’m calling my CC and reporting this as fraud. This wasn’t how it was explained to me when I signed up. Can someone elaborate?
Also, I am never buying an HP printer again. This is the most infuriating thing to use. It’s 2023. How? How HP? How is this printer fine according to customer support but it fails to print 3/5 times?
