Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have been trying to find my print/payment history (view invoices) for over an hour. Have had Instant Ink for several years. Suddeny it made me change my password; fine. When I log in my printer is gone. I have "found" it several times but still can't find the print/payment history. This is totally unacceptable.
