Microsoft Windows 11

I have either HP Deskjet 3636 or 3630. The box and printer itself always says 3636 but any time it's recognised by a device it always says its 3630. I have no idea what's going on there.

I have been trying for years ever since i got this printer to set up HP Instant Ink, but there keeps being problems. I only just got my current laptop to actually be able to print. Right now, for a while, I've been trying to print out the code by pressing the ePrint icon as instructed and nothing happens whatsoever. I've tried the virtual agent to no avail. I did manage (eventually) to get it to print out the other info page, but not this one and after going into advanced settings like the Virtual Agent told me to it won't connect to Web Services to print it from there either on computer or my phone. I can't talk to an agent because for some reason it doesn't recognise my serial number. The blue light is on to say it's connected to the internet.
