Whenever I press save after trying to change my shipping address it says : 'Please verify your address before you continue.'. there is no option to do anything else and I haven't gotten any verification codes or emails. This has already happened before and I had contacted a support agent, but I can't find that option now and the virtual assistant is no help. I need to change my address because I have moved and this is very frustrating as it happened the last time I moved !!

I see that you want to update the new shipping address to your HP instant ink account.
Please follow the steps listed below to update it:
- Sign into your Instant Ink account.
- Open Account in the left menu, then Shipping, then Edit Shipping Information.
- Make changes, and then click Save.
