Have tried several times to change my Instant Ink package but despite having just logged in I get message saying  security session has expired. 

I am well within the 15mins log in time.

How do I fix it?

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies

On Chrome / Edge:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (or Cmd + Shift + Delete on Mac)

Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”

Clear the data, then restart your browser

 

Disable Extensions or Ad Blockers

Sometimes browser extensions (especially privacy or ad blockers) can interfere with HP's session tracking.

Temporarily disable extensions or try a clean browser profile.

 

Log Out and Log Back In

If you were inactive before changing the plan, the system might have silently timed out.

Fully log out of your HP account

Close the browser completely

Reopen and log back in fresh
