Hi I got a new printer and signed up for instant ink but my 5 month free trial didn’t seem to register. I found a 2 month trial banner but couldn’t get the 5 months promotion (which was on a leaflet inside my printer box) even though I signed up for a paid account. How can I claim this? Thanks
