Hi,
I have been trying to use my enrolment code to get instant ink but every time I do and I put in my printer code it tells me its a new printer that needs to be set up using the app. I already set it up using the app and my printer shows up however when I go to my account it says there are 0 printers registered to my account. I don't get an option to manually register it and I have tried resetting to factory and adding it again and it still doesn't seem to atomically claim my printer? I have tried resetting the printer and doing it from both windows and android but still get the same outcome.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi @Martin220,
I'd like to help!
If the printed page titled "Congratulations" only lists an email address, then your printer is already claimed to an HP Smart account (formerly HP Connected).
Turn web services off and on to resolve the issue -
On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button and the Information button at the same time.
To print the network configuration report
-->Take down the printer's IP address
--->Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP.
---> Click the Settings tab. In the Security section, click Administrator Settings.
--->uncheck Webscan from EWS, and click Apply
And go back and enable it.
A new page should print with a claim code
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi Andy,
Sorry for the late reply. This has been a frustrating process and I had just about given up on it. I followed your steps but nothing prints because I purchased and enrolment kit and it wont print till I sign up to instant ink but I cant sign up to instant ink without claiming the printer. I appear to be in a bit of a catch 22 situation here and I simply refuse to purchase another set of inks just to print one page and enrol in the service. Is there anything else I can try to get this page to print?
Many thanks
