macOS 12.0 Monterey

I am attempting to enrol my printer with Instant Ink, however it always gives me an error at the end of the process that a connection cannot be established with my printer and cannot be enrolled in Instant Ink.

I have removed the printer from my HP Smart account, reset the printer to factory defaults, deregistered my HP Smart account from HP Instant Ink and re-registered, nothing seems to work.

I have previously used this printer with Instant Ink in another country without any issues.

I am able to connect the printer to WiFi just fine and add this printer to my account, I just can't enrol it in Instant Ink for some frustrating reason.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Any tips you can provide?
