My Envy 5032 has disconnected from my Mac and is displaying a message saying "Cartridge Cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink". I am already enrolled in Instant ink and have been for years and payments are up to date. Can't do anything with the printer as the screen is essentially frozen. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but to no avail as the computer cannot see the printer either. Advise?

I see that you are facing issues with your HP ENVY 5032 All-In-One Printer wherein you get the message “Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink”.
