Product: HP Officejet 7612
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently installed a new HP Officejet 7612 Wide Format e All-In-One printer in my home office. I am unable to enable Web Services - ePrint and Apps. In addition, I am unable to print the claim code for HP Instant Ink reward.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Install the latest printer firmware from your computer and then try enabling web services again:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/oj7612/OJ7612_1829A.exe

 

Please be aware that regardless of HP Web Services usage, the HP Officejet Pro 7612 printer is not HP Instant Ink Eligible and cannot be used with the HP Instant Ink service.
