I installed the printer but there's no code in the box or leaflet I tried printing the information page in settings to get the printer to print this out I get a message saying it will take 7 minutes but nothing happens please advise or i will be taking the printer back for a refund as I have rights to reject it under the claw's not fit for purpose .

I understand you are looking for free Instant Ink months. If the offer is mentioned on the printer box, it will get credited automatically.

 

Once enrolled within 7 days of installation, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account. For assistance with enrollment, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

Make sure the printer is enrolled/registered in Instant Ink.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
