I’ve tried all that hp are telling me and I still can’t get it to connect to WiFi 

cant even find it on my app either

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • Is the printer connected to your Wireless router?
  • What is the wireless light status on the printer? (Steady or Blinking)
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • Are you getting any error when try connecting the printer to your wireless network?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
