Like at least 30 other people on this forum, I am on an Instant Ink Plan. I have a message that I can't print because my yellow ink is empty. When I go to Virtual Agent I have the INCREDIBLY frustrating experience of being told, again and again, that I was sent a black cartridge back in Jan 2020. That's fine. I haven't been sent any colours, however, since early 2019, and I'm out. Given COVID 19 I can't print at work. I can't go to a shop. And I have been on the plan for 3 years so am wondering what all that money has been for?
