Trying to set up the subscription for more ink however because there is no ink it won’t let me print the page with the printer code on to set anything up. Tried everything to get the printer code but nothing is working

I just set up my printer yesterday and although it was new it says i have only 3 months left when it was supposed to be 6 and the warranty was supposed to be for a year and shows only 9 months left, checked everything and have no code to set up my 6 month subscription because the printer is obviously used not brand new like Amazon claimed, I am definitely hot happy.
