I can't access the HP e button bc my screen is stuck on cartridges cannot be used until enrolled in instant ink so I went to hpinstantink.com to sigh up and it says to push the hp e button but I can't do anything bc that message is in my printer screen any ideas ?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Instant Ink enrollment.

 

To better assist you -

 

1.) Did you get the inks along with the printer? 

2.) Was this printer previously enrolled? If yes, 

 

We need to replace the Instant Ink cartridges with the regular ink cartridges and proceed with the enrollment. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
