I see that you are not able to login to the Instant Ink account. Use Firefox and check if that helps.
You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here or use the HP Smart app

The link you posted helped and let me login. The next time I tried it, it wouldn't go thru, but then I tried again, and it worked again. I don't know if it's me or the system. But anyway, thanks again for the help
