I had bought an Officejet 4650 in 2017 and had activated it along with instant ink. I've been charged every month to this day, but now my printer stopped being able to prink with black ink. So, I wanted to access the instant ink account to see if I could cancel the auto payments. Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
