HP Recommended

I just paid for the $.99 plan 6 days ago,  now it won’t let me print and says update billing info, even though I have till Jan 4 and have plenty of pages left availiable to print. But I had &.99 on a different card, and use that, but it’s trying to bill me $6.49 even though I have switched and am on the $.99 plan! It’s bs man! I’m so sick of constantly not being able to print important things and get screwed because there’s no support till Monday…..
