Hi @Missbaby99

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

As I understand you need help with the printer enrollment key code & the Instant Ink program,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Just to confirm, are you referring to the claim code? when you write "printer code"?
  • If yes, I have a few things you should know about listed below:

The printer claim code is a unique identification number that you use to add your printer to the HP Connected service. HP Connected for printers supports a range of optional web-connected printing services, including HP ePrint cloud printing and the HP Instant Ink delivery services.

   NOTE:

If your printer does not support Web Services or you do not want to use Web Services, you do not need a printer claim code to use your printer and you can cancel the sign up process.

Use this document to obtain the printer claim code and add your printer to HP Connected.

For more information about getting the printer claim code, see the Frequently asked questions (FAQs) section at the end of this document.

For more information about web-connected printing services and how to get started, go to the What are the different web-connected printing services section in this document.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
