Hi @Learroger,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that you have been prompted to sign up for Instant Ink on the printer. I would be happy to help you,

Have you enrolled in the instant ink before and is there any payment due?

If not, Your printer doesn't come with Instant Ink or trial subscription cartridges, therefore, you must have had Instant Ink service previously or you Installed Instant Ink cartridges.

Can you please remove all of the cartridges and look to see if they say Instant Ink on them? What are the numbers on the cartridges?

Kindly help me with more details.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
