I can't print. Tells me to go to hpinstaink.com for the biggest run around ever! I know it has to do with me getting this insta ink account but there is no help. My cartridges are full but they want me to order more.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.
  • Check if you are using the Instant Ink cartridges in the printer to print.

Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Thank you for your response. Yes I have checked my HP account and I do have the notification, however no matter what road I take it always leads back to that my warranty is expired.  This is not a warranty issue. The issue is the hpinstantink account.  Is there a phone number for instant ink
