Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with re-enrolling in the instant ink service.
When you cancel the Service, even if the Subscription Cartridges provided with your subscription are not empty, they will stop working in your printer and you will have to replace all of them with standard store purchased genuine HP cartridges to resume printing.
However, if you still need help with re-enrolling in the HP instant ink service.
The support here is limited to troubleshooting and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
