i had instant ink subscription which I cancelled. After 2 months i am trying to subscribe again but everytime connecting to printer gives me server unavailable error. Tried help desk, reboot, new account everything but didn't work. After escalating the issue with HP got a call saying firmware does not support so you can not use HP instant ink. Such a pathetic customer service they have provided. Can anyone help please.
