I've just set up and enrolled my printer through the 123.hp.com website. However through-out the set up there was no option to claim my five month free trial.
I've checked my online account and there is no mention on there either.
Please could you assist me in this matter.

Where is the offer about the 5 free months mentioned?
If it is mentioned on the printer box, kindly send a picture of the same in your next post for better assistance and send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
