It says there's a server error reported every time I try to input my printer code to sign up for instant ink
@Reene13, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Restart web services
On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network setup > Web services. Turn Off, wait for a while, turn it back ON
Go to Printer code > Printer code displays on the printer control panel
