When I try to print my printer reports "A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved."  I've gone to my account and the printer is not listed. Yet HP Smart indicates that that the printer is on a different account.

I understand you are getting an error message "A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved" on your HP OfficeJet 8022e All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
