I am trying to cancel our business instant Ink subscription. I've followed online steps, spoken to the virtual agent and I still can't seem to cancel. Can anyone advice how I can cancel?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you would like to cancel Instant Ink enrollment. I'd be happy to assist you.

If the issue persists, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Thank you for the information. I have canceled the subscription as required. 

 

HP Instant Ink cartridges will no longer work after your final billing cycle. You will need to purchase regular cartridges.

Once your billing cycle ends, you will receive one final bill of £17.99 plus any additional charges for extra pages printed.

Cancellation will take place at the end of your billing cycle, on 1 Jun 2020.

You may use HP Instant Ink cartridges for the remainder of this billing cycle. We hope to better serve you in the future.
