  1. Subscription Issue: I subscribed to the HP Instant Ink plan at $1.49 per month. My printer’s ink is now low, but I have not received any replacement ink cartridges as promised.

  2. Poor Customer Service: I have repeatedly tried to contact HP customer service for assistance but have only been able to reach sales representatives. The sales agent I spoke to was impatient, unwilling to answer my questions, and only focused on selling products. She claimed she would transfer me to another agent, but the chat session abruptly ended without resolution.

  3. Unable to Cancel Subscription: Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to find the option to cancel my HP Instant Ink plan on their website. The process is unclear, and there is no straightforward way to manage or cancel the subscription.

  4. Frustration with Service: This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. HP seems to only care about automatically charging my $1.49 every month without providing the promised service or support. 

PLEASE JUST CANCEL MY INK PLAN. NO ANSWER NEEDED BUT A CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION. THANKS!

I see that you are looking for information on how to cancel the instant ink service.

Please follow the below steps to cancel the service.

 

If you cancel:

  • You can continue printing with Instant Ink supplies until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • At the end of the billing cycle, you must remove Instant Ink cartridges and purchase Original HP Ink or Toner directly from the retailer of your choice to continue printing. Instant Ink cartridges only work in enrolled printers.
  • Your final monthly charge comes at the end of the billing cycle.
  • The Paper Add-on service ends with your Instant Ink service.

 

Note: HP Instant Ink is based on the pages you print, not cartridges or shipments you receive.

 

To cancel:

1) Sign into your account Instant Ink account

2) Verify the serial number by selecting Overview, and then Printer Details in the Status area.

3) Click HP Instant Ink, then Update Plan in the left menu.

4) Scroll to Plan Details.

5) Click Cancel my HP Instant Ink Subscription and then follow the prompts.

You receive an email confirmation immediately, and another at the end of the billing cycle.
