Product: HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer

Recently bought a used HP Envy 5660e all-in-one. I want to cancel the service as I do not need instant ink but I have no way of canceling it as it is from the previous owner's account.
I’ve reset the printer but still won’t let me cancel it.

how do I remove it from an unknown account?
