Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I would like to talk to customer service rep. about my I Instant Ink subscription, anyone know how I can do this?

 

I cancelled my instant ink subscription in June, to end July 12th.  That didn’t happen. I again placed a cancellation which, supposedly, will happen but not until Aug. 12.  In the meantime I am charged for another month.

Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.   Alternately, you can find the Instant Ink support number near the top of the document here, just after the address.
