We have to cancel the monthly charge for ink. My wife lost her job.

I see you posted a similar question in the thread here, and an HP Agent has responded.  I would suggest you reply to the agent in the other thread, they should be able to get your subscription cancelled. 

 

Please be aware that after the Instant Ink subscription ends the Instant Ink cartridges will no longer work and will need to be replaced before printing.
