Interesting question - I am not aware there is such a thing, that is, a refund for having terminated the contract.
Maybe cancel should be renamed "terminate". ??
Regardless, if there is something else going on in this instance OR if you just want to discuss the situation, do contact Instant Ink Support during their regular office hours.
