I am canceling my Ink subscription so why am I being charged again next month for canceling?

You are charged based on a billing cycle that may not have start and end dates that are the same as a month.  If that is the case, you likely missed the end date and carried into a new billing period. If that is not the case you need to contact Instant Ink to rectify the problem. This is a user to user forum and as such users answering questions have no access to any billing information or any way to resolve the issue for you, we can only provide guidance.
