I closed off my subscription over a month ago, my printer has been closed down, I've been asked to return my ink cartridges, but my subscription is still showing as live, and I have the next billing period showing on my HP instant ink account page. I know you have to pay one month after you close the subscription, which I have, but it appears that HP are after more money from me. **bleep**, anyone else had this problem, how do you resolve it?
