Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER

I cancelled my my HP program. Can't believe they shut down my ink in my computer that I paid for many times over. I had to call to get ink, never were they able to track my ink usage.

The biggest piece , I can't scan and I cannot print. This sounds so illegal in so many ways. I paid nearly triple of what I would have paid if I bought my own ink and they shut down your printer. My printer is not functional.

I want my computer replaced. This program is so unethical, you can't communicate with anyone its chatting in circles trying to get someone to help.

@MMM75, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you have some concerns and confusion related to the Instant Ink program. Once you cancel the Instant Ink service, after the last billing cycle ends, you will not be able to use Instant Ink cartridges anymore.

In this service, you are paying for the pages you print. Not for the ink cartridges. Instant Ink cartridges are the property of HP.

You will still be able to use regular HP ink cartridges. Also, scanning is not affected.

To assist you better, what is the error you get when you try to scan or print?

We can troubleshoot to resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
